QUALITY AND WARRANTYFor an employee of Spectral there is nothing worse than a spectral furniture which isn‘t perfect. Due to this reason, two facts have maximum priority: top-quality materials and excellent manufacturing. If you however, have anything to complain within the first five years, we, of course, change the damaged components. The warranty period on all electronics (BRICK, CATENA, CLOSED) is two years, on loudspeakers we grant five years.
And this is what characterizes our materials:
GLASS
- For a majority of our glass furniture we use 8–15 mm thick toughened safety glass.
- Although the specified load bearing limits shouldn’t be exceeded, the actual breaking load is at least twice as high.
- The glass edges and facets have a brilliant shine. Colour-wise you can choose between Clear, Matt Black and Snow. And most of our series are also available in over 2,000 NCS glass colours.
METAL
- We are one of the few furniture manufacturers who use only non-rust metals.
- You can choose between aluminium, brass and stainless steel (V2A).
- All metals are brushed in a multi-stage brushing process and are coated with an invisible surface sealant to protect against dirt and fingerprints.
WOOD
- Top and base sections are crafted from finest-quality solid wood.
- For the plinth we use multiplex (multi-layered wood) with a fine veneer.
- All woods are sealed with several layers of clear varnish in order to protect them optimally against bumps and scratches.
